jay is a proud husband and girl dad with over 20 years of experience in the aec industry. he began his career in construction before transitioning into design and now serves as a the owner and architect of sciarani studios and as a partner and architect at george oliver design.

his work across residential, commercial, and early industrial projects has broadened his perspective and deepened his understanding of the built environment.

nadine has a multidisciplinary background spanning architecture, construction, hospitality, and real estate and leads the firm’s marketing and creative efforts. in addition to her professional pursuits, nadine is deeply committed to philanthropy and civic engagement.
